Contract manufacturing - the so-called bulk approach - represents the first step in the MKS production chain.

The product range includes the following:

• Emulsions (creams, lotions, etc.)
• Shampoos, liquid soaps, washing emulsions, etc.
• Medical products (disinfectants, cleaners used in hospitals, etc.)Products containing alcohol
• Medication
• (Dietary) nutritional supplements and foods

MKS has access to the following batch tanks to produce these products:

• Ystral mixer 0.5 t  -  2.5 t  -  12 t  (tensides)
• Becomix and Unimix mixers 200 kg  -  500 kg  -  1000 kg  -  2500 kg (with storage tanks)

Various options for the intermediate storage of bulk materials and variable access to the various filling lines yield a maximum degree of production flexibility.
